Refund/Cancellation Policy

We do not refund orders based on the buyer’s impotence. We encourage customers to do their own research and double-check quantity and price before submitting orders. If there are any issues and the patient believes it is the fault of Recharge Rx, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to resolve the issue. 

If your product is damaged in transit, you must contact us within three days of product delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging. The product must not be used. Images must be sent to the Recharge Rx email of the damages upon the product’s arrival. We will treat each case individually and reserve the right to not issue a replacement. 

Cancellations are not permitted. Once an order is submitted, we will not cancel the order or refund your payment. We will treat each case individually and will make changes as we see fit.
